Currently I work for Prague-based organization called DOX Centre for Contemporary Art as a public program manger.
Until the end of 2015 I worked for Plzen European Capital of Culture 2015 as a project manager of the creative zone DEPO2015 (www.depo2015.cz).
Until the end of 2013 I worked as a project manager at Košice European Capital of Culture 2013, Košice, Slovakia as a head of the international residency program facilitating mobility and exchange of artists. The program called K.A.I.R. Košice Artist in residence is focused on site specificity of created works which reflect the experience from staying in a new environment.
Earlier I worked for Amsterdam based office for cultural innovation called Non-fiction providing cultural institutions with strategies and consultancy. I have also experience of working in audience development and cultural education in several Prague galleries and museums (National gallery in Prague, DOX Centre for Contemporary Art, Kampa Museum etc.). I studied Cultural Management & Policy at Maastricht University, the Netherlands.

Activities & Affiliation:
Cultural manager at K.A.I.R. Košice Artist in Residence which is one of the key projects of Kosice European Capital of Culture 2013 and deals with artists mobility and exchange wordlwide. As a project manager I am responsible for the overall project management and strategical development, budgeting and fundraising (both in public and private domaine), communication with international and local partners.
Desk research and action in the field of cultural innovation, planning, arts and culture consultancy, strategies development and implementation.
I have started there as an intern during my Master studies and later became part of the team. I have worked mainly on projects with international partners involving social media communication, social media strategies, audience developemnt and cultural mapping.
I designed and carried out educational programs connected to the 19th, 20th and the 21st century art with a main focus on educating children from 6 to 12 years old.
I designed and carried out educational programs and projects. Besides education also audience development and catering specific target groups (seniors and grandchildren, urban summer camp children, disadvantaged groups) was my key task.
