Fabien Stephan

Fabien studied Political Science at the Universities of Tübingen, Sciences Po Paris and FU Berlin. He worked on several grass-root projects in Berlin before working at the German-French Youth Office as project-manager. He headed off to Romania for three years as Cultural Manager for the Institute for Foreign Relations and as fellow for the Robert Bosch Foundation's Program for Cultural Managers. He has worked the last two years for the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) to enhance cooperation and quality management in international higher education.
