Karin Rolle

Karin Rolle is a cultural producer and project manager with a focus on interdisciplinary collaboration and visual arts. She has completed her MA in Cultural Studies, Art History and Slavic Studies at University of Leipzig, Germany, including study visits at University of California Davis, US, Charles University Prague, and London School of Economics. Upon completing her studies, she turned her attention towards Southeast Europe. Between 2009 and 2011 she was awarded a fellowship by the Robert Bosch Foundation and has been a curator and cultural manager in the context of former Yugoslavia. Extending her experiences towards global political discourse and art production, between 2012 and 2013 she has worked as program assistant at Haus der Kulturen der Welt, Berlin. Currently, she is a senior project manager at the Department of Culture and Arts, City of Leipzig.
